International Customer Support

The Bandag International Customer Support Group provides the support needed by Bandag’s dealers overseas. This group is the liaison between Bridgestone Bandag, LLC and our global dealers, subsidiaries, joint ventures, licensees, and field personnel. The International Customer Support Representatives are responsible for coordinating the flow of rubber products, parts, and promotional materials from any U.S. plant to the dealers and plants outside of the United States. Not only does this include order processing, but also the documentation and communication services necessary to provide their international customers with quality products and services.

Additionally, the group is responsible for monitoring products imported via ocean or air into the U.S. from outside vendors and Bandag’s international plants.
