Fleets enroll in the ETA program through their local Bandag dealers, and become ETA Preferred Customers. Then, if a truck has a tire problem that disables the vehicle on the road, the driver calls 1-800-8-BANDAG and our team of professionals contacts the nearest available ETA tire service provider and dispatches him to the disabled truck at the earliest possible time. That service provider will get the customer’s truck back on the road as quickly as possible.
