Corporate Citizenship

At Bandag, we’re committed to helping the communities we serve prosper and grow. We provide neighborhood support through cash donations to local, not-for-profit agencies and organizations, as well as sponsorship of community events. We also offer non-cash donations through the use of Bandag facilities or equipment, and contribution of goods or services. In addition, we encourage our employees to take a hands-on approach by volunteering time to various local organizations. Volunteering enhances employees’ personal growth and development, and helps balance work and home life. Plus, our employees can provide leadership for community members and become mentors to future leaders. We’re proud of our community involvement, and will continue to offer our support wherever it’s needed.
